Every animal on the planet has DNA, the genetic code that is unique to every individual. The thousands of genes in any species is referred to as the genome. The genome is a library of recipes for all the proteins the body needs. When the body is in need of a specific protein (stress), a signal is sent out, the recipe is found (gene expression), the protein is manufactured in the cell and sent out to the area of need, thereby responding and relieving the stress.
The body will respond to certain stresses (e.g. disease) in a relatively reproducible manner within a species. Of the thousands of genes that exist, some of those genes will respond by increasing production, and others will respond by decreasing production of their specific recipe. This is called gene expression.
The scientists at dream genomics have perfected a method to identify this gene expression pattern. When a stressed/diseased animal’s gene expression pattern is compared to a normal animal that does not have the disease/stress, a specific set of genes will reveal itself that is unique to the stress/disease. We refer to this very specific set of genes as a “Bioprofile”. It is essentially a fingerprint for that specific disease.
This is only possible because of the many years of dedication, hard work, experience, and knowledge of the founders.

We will then develop a Field test that could be done on the spot by hunters, farmers, and wildlife agencies.Our intention is then to find a diagnostic in Elk, Moose and reindeer.
We will then find a diagnostic for Mad Cow and Scrapes in sheep.
Because of the unique method, using gene expression, essentially any disease requiring a live diagnostic, therapeutic monitor, or a companion diagnostic can be done.
